Mr. Horning joined WLB in October 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Horning worked for seven years as a civil litigator defending various companies involved in asbestos toxic tort product liability litigation in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Horning has participated in numerous oral arguments and ADR proceedings in the trial courts of all three jurisdictions. Mr. Horning has assisted as local, regional, and national coordinating counsel for asbestos litigation and helped manage hundreds of asbestos claims. Mr. Horning has additional experience defending general casualty claims and investigating suspected insurance fraud. Presently, Mr. Horning’s practice is focused on case management, motions practice, and trial preparation for asbestos cases in Delaware.
